Where to park in Appledore

Situated on the edge of to the Taw/Torridge Estuary, this car park provides both short and long stay parking for cars, motorcycles, motorhomes and buses/coaches. There is a slipway for the launching of boats (tide permitting).

Vehicle and trailer parking permitted. Trailers to remain attached to vehicle. During busy times, trailers can be in a separate bay/bays but must have a trailer board attached and appropriate payment shown in towing vehicle.

Motorhome overnight parking is allowed in this location and charging for electric vehicles is also available.

Charges

Charges apply 7 days a week, between 8am and 7pm in the Summer and 8am and 6pm in the Winter.

This includes all bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Please note that charges vary seasonally.

Summer - 1st April to 31st October

  (any period between 6pm and 8am for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights only)
