Parkham Neighbourhood Area: Designation of a Neighbourhood Area

Parkham Parish Council have expressed an interest in preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan, in relation to which a Neighbourhood Area Designation Application was received in August 2022.

In accordance with Section 61G of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and pursuant to a decision made by Torridge District Council at its Full Council on 31^st October, the Parkham Neighbourhood Area was formally designated.

The area to which the designation relates is the whole of the Civil Parish of Parkham. The letter of application from Parkham Parish Council, together with the formal Notice of Designation (including a map of the designated area) are available to download.
