Plans Committee Meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of every month. The location of the meeting is at Caddsdown Industrial Park, Bideford EX39 3DX at 9.30am. Public participation (request to speak at plans committee)

If you would like to request to speak, please complete the online form, alternatively you can email directly to speak.planning@torridge.gov.uk. All submissions must be received by 2pm on the Tuesday before the committee meeting is due to be held. 

Following receipt of these requests a list of those people requesting to speak will be displayed here after 2pm on the Tuesday before the Thursday committee date. Where Plans Committee is held on a Friday the Speakers will be displayed here after 2pm on the Wednesday before the committee.
