Local Land Charges
The Council's Local Land Charge Team deal with CON29 Enquiries of the Local Authority (2016).
LLC1 Searches and Personal Searches are now dealt with by HM Land Registry and can be accessed through GOV.UK, HM Land Registry or HM Land Registry Business e-services portal.
