Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday: 10am - 7pm (April - Sept) and 10am - 5pm (Oct - March). Sundays, Christmas Day & Good Friday: 10am to 5pm (throughout the year) 

Important Notice:

Bideford Higher Cemetery is now open for Vehicular Access for Cars from 10am to 2pm on Wednesdays & Saturdays on a trial basis.

Access is not permitted while a funeral / burial service is taking place at the cemetery.

Those bringing a vehicle into the cemetery must abide by all cemetery regulations and must be respectful of other users.

We recommend that drivers put their hazard warning lights on while driving in the cemetery. Priority is given to pedestrians & cyclists, as per the Highway Code.

The speed limit in the cemetery is 5mph. Please do not drive or park on the grass areas.
