Changing Places Facility
We have a registered changing spaces facility open for use during the season.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CHANGING SPACES FACILITY IS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER ALONG WITH THE SHOP AND MUSEUM
At Northam Burrows Visitor Centre there is a registered changing spaces facility with the following equipment:
- Ceiling mounted hoist (loop attachment)
- Peninsular toilet
- Height adjustable (adult sized) bench
- Height adjustable sink
- Colostomy shelf
- Privacy screen
- Accessible shower
- Non-slip floor
There is a disabled parking space at the Visitor Centre.
This is a locked facility which is managed by the staff at the Visitor Centre and access can be gained by speaking to the Visitor Centre Assistant in the Exhibition & Shop area. The facility is open and available for use everyday between the Easter Bank Holiday weekend and the 31st of October. Opening hours are between 10.00-17.00.
