No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning information obtained from PublicAccess. Similarly the information contained does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.

Torridge District Council reserve the right to remove or not display certain planning application information for confidentiality or other reasons.

Torridge District Council accepts no responsibility for the contents of representations made to planning applications by third parties.  Whilst every effort is made to ensure that nothing potentially offensive is published, in the event that anything potentially offensive is published on the planning online facility please email planningsupport@torridge.gov.uk stating the planning application and the writer of the communication and the section considered offensive, we will look at any reports made, and if considered to be offensive, the communication will be removed from the planning online website.  Please note, that just because a document is removed from the planning online website, it will remain in hard copy on the applicable planning file.
