Mrs Recycle's World Tour - of Torridge

Leader of Torridge District Council James Morrish has started compiling a successful video blog. "Some might call it a video nasty, " he said, "But I see it as just another way of communicating with the people of Torridge."

Torridge District Council has given £1500 to Northam Lodge as part of its Community Grants Scheme.
