Your representation must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives. Please read the guidance in the related downloads section.

You may also view details of all current applications at Riverbank House, Bideford between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
