Gambling and Betting Licences - More Information

Conditions can be attached to Premises Licences by the Licensing Authority.

There will be three types of condition:

• Mandatory (imposed by statute)
• Default (will automatically be applied unless Licensing Authority decides to remove)
• Conditions applied by the Licensing Authority.
