We may share information with third parties that support the delivery of the services you receive or where we are legally obliged to do so. Information we hold may be shared with the following types of organisation:

  • Contractors, for example funeral directors
  • Healthcare, social and welfare organisations such as care homes
  • Local and central government for example the coroner's office
  • Legal representatives and defence solicitors

We will only ever share your information if we are satisfied that our partners or suppliers have sufficient measures in place to protect your information in the same way that we do.

We will never share your information for marketing purposes.
