mv FORSETI berths at 0610hrs Pilot Paul Gyurgyak, boat cox and crew Steven Peham and Thom Flaxman. Draft 3.8m ship lowered mast to pass safely under bridge. She commenced loading logs soon after arrival. She is loading 2300 tonnes logs for sailing at 0630hrs on Saturday (tomorrow.) for WISMAR.

The tug Sea Foxtrot moves to collect the barge from the covered yard at Appledore at 0430hrs this morning (Pilot R. Hoad). The large barge with its bow sections for the aircraft carrier project (Prince Charles) successfully moved the barge to NEW Quay at Bidna. She awaited the passing of the Forseti before moving from the gut with the barge in tow. She tied up before high water. the smaller tug Will Challenge assisted and the Lundy Puffin stood by.

The Sea Foxtrot and Barge will sail at 1730 hours for Rosyth. Babcocks say that this will be the last barge for 2 years, but that the shipments of large sections by ship will continue. Now they will continue building the two orders for the Irish Navy - the first planned launch for next October. There is a possibility of a third vessel too. These will be the first vessels to have been completed at Appledore for many years.
