Acupuncture, Cosmetic Piercing, Semi-Permanent Skin Colouring, and Tattoo Treatments
The following is a register of all businesses within the Torridge District that are known to provide Acupuncture, Cosmetic Piercing, Semi-Permanent Skin Colouring, or Tattoo treatments. This information is collected under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (As Amended).

Cooling Towers And Evaporative Condensers
The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 require all Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers to be registered with their local enforcement authority.
The required registration information is as follows:
1. The address of the premises where the notifiable device is to be situated.
2. The name, address and telephone number of a person who has, to any extent, control of the premises referred to in paragraph 1 above.
3. The number of notifiable devices at the premises referred to in paragraph 1 above.
4. The location on the premises of each notifiable device referred to in paragraph 3 above.
If you will be constructing a cooling tower or evaporative condenser for your business activities, you will need to supply all of the above information to the Food & Safety team. It is also your duty to notify this authority if there are any subsequent changes to the information you have previously supplied. Once you have registered, the tower will be assigned a unique reference number to identify it. The details will then be added to the public register of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers (below) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The details provided are only removed from public display once the cooling tower or evaporative condenser has been decommissioned.
