Elections and Electoral Registration

The Elections and Electoral Registration Service handles the registration of voters and the administration of all elections including Parliamentary, European, Devon County Council, Police and Crime Commissioner, District and Parish elections. This service also administers Referenda and Parish Polls as and when required

Torridge District Council is responsible for the organisation and conduct of all types of elections.  Ken Miles, the Council's Solicitor is the Returning Officer (RO) and the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO).
