Fees and Charges

Information about the fees and charges for licences, permits and registrations.

The Council makes a charge for processing applications for most licences, permits and registrations.  In some cases, the charge is set centrally by the Government (e.g. under the Licensing Act 2003); in other cases, the Council has discretion to set its own licence fees - generally at a level which enables it to recover the cost of providing the service.
