Go-Ahead for Major Regeneration Project in Bideford

At a meeting on Monday 17th June Torridge District Councillors decided to proceed with developing the Brunswick Wharf area of East-the-Water in Bideford.

Armed Forces Day Parade

On Monday 24th June, Torridge District Council will be staging a parade along Bideford Quay followed by a flag raising ceremony in Victoria Park to mark the start of Armed Forces Week.

Life Skills Lessons for School Children

Children from across North Devon and Torridge have been learning valuable lessons at the annual Junior Life Skills, a free two-week event jointly organised by both local authorities.

Bideford Quay Farmers' Market Saturday 22 June

Fresh fish, meats and vegetables, cheeses and chutneys, homemade baked goodies, herbs, cider and sauces, preserves, plants, pickles and pate are just a few of the locally produced products that will be on offer on some of the quayside stalls.
