mv CELTIC NAVIGATOR arrived at the estuary pilot station early this morning after her voyage from GLENSANDA with a cargo of stone for Notts Contractors at Yelland.

Her Polish Captain reports that the load and arrival at Glensanda was without incident with helpful personnel at the quarry jetty. He is due to go on leave today, after a relief Captain arrives.

The conditions were slight sea, low swell and moderate to fresh NNW wind. The ship handle especially well with her Becker rudder, gearbox control, bowthruster and right handed propellor. The wind assisted berthing blowing onto the jetty. Her Draft was 5.6 metres.

The pilot was R. Hoad and boat crew/mooring personnel were John pavitt and Paul Gyurgyak standing in.

Celtic Navigator will sail tonight at 1930hrs or possibly tomorrow morning (subject to crew reliefs arrival) to Ribideiro in Northern Spain to load clay for Castellon in Southern Spain.
