  • A bespoke fish processing building and ice production plant
  • Managed office space

The Development has been funded by Southwest Regional Development Agency, Government Office Southwest, Marine Fisheries Agency and Torridge District Council with a contribution from the Bideford Trawlermens Co-operative. The project is part-financed by the European Community - European Regional Development Fund.

The new fish dock was designed by Grainge Architects (Exeter) and constructed by SWH Build Ltd of Exeter. It embraces sustainable construction and renewable energy in its design and has been awarded a BREEAM 'Excellent' Rating.
