Vasiliy Shukshin completes, Komarno due, Leisure craft appearing, ms OLDENBURG starts her runs to LUNDY.

Vasiliy Shukshin completes; Large Russian vessel has completed her loading with Clay for Kunda in Estonia. Her draught will be 4.6m and she will have sufficient water to sail on Thursday evening. She has 10 Russian crew including a female cook.

Komarno due; The large vessel will arrive to load 2500 tonnes or more of logs from the Cattle Market and local forests on behalf of Euroforest for the 1708 hrs tide on Wednesday. her last port was KINSALE where she is discharging a cargo from the Baltic area today. Sailing time is uncertain until her departure draught has been calculated. She will load during Thursday.

Leisure craft appearing; several leisure craft have been launched at Instow and and the moorings are starting to fill up. Just a small number have been able to make use of the good weather over the last few weeks, with one small catamaran having completed several estuary sails and a trip to CLOVELLY.

ms OLDENBURG is spending her first period at ILFRACOMBE and has had several successful early season trips to the Island with over 100 passengers each time from Bideford.
